Double Corn Dumplings

Crockpot corn dumplings sound great, don't they?

Double Corn Dumplings

3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup fresh corn kernels
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbs vegetable oil

In medium bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. Stir in corn, milk, and oil. Spoon on cooked hot stew or chili in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 30 to 35 minutes.
