Crockpot Mexican Rice

2 pounds ground beef, browned, drained
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 small can diced chilis
2 cups converted rice, uncooked
2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can tomato sauce
3 Tbs chili powder
2 tsp seasoned salt
2 Tbs Worcesershire sauce
1 1/2 cups water

Add all ingredients to a crockpot and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
