Crockpot Potato Salad

Fun potato salad, like you get at a carnival, but in your crockpot.

Carnival Potato Salad

3 cups cooked potatoes, warm, cubed
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
1/4 cup sour pickle, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika

Combine potatoes, pimiento, pickle, and onion. Toss with mayonnaise, salt, and paprika. Chill. Serves 4.
